Fees

The conference fee includes welcome reception, conference material, coffee breaks and lunches. The conference fee does not include the conference dinner on Wednesday 12 June 2024. 

*You are eligible for the reduced rate if you are a PhD student, a postdoc, a temporary researcher (RTD A).

Partial Financial Support 

PhD candidates and postdocs/researchers who obtained their Ph.D. no more than 4 years ago can apply for partial financial support. To do so, a copy of the CV and two letters of recommendation must be sent via email by January 31, 2024 to probabilityrome2024@gmail.com. Those making this request must register to the conference only after receiving instructions regarding any granted contribution.

Conference dinner (Wednesday 12 June 2024)

We regret to inform you that all available spots for the Conference dinner have been filled. However, if you are still interested in attending, please contact the organizers via email (probabilityrome2024@gmail.com) to be added to the waiting list. We will notify you if any spots become available. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment must be done via bank tranfer. Notice that other payment methods cannot be accepted (included on-site payment by cash or card).
