Small Fluctuations for time-dependent spherical random fields
The aim of this talk is to establish Chung’s law of the iterated logarithm for isotropic Gaussian sphere-cross-time random fields based on the high-frequency behaviour of the angular power spectrum. Further, as an application of this result, we establish a small ball principle for these fields. This is a joint work with Anna Paola Todino.
